This onboarding process will help you get set up and learn how to use the system. It is divided into two parts:


1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your account.


2. Onboarding calls: There are two calls involved in this process.

The first is a tech call to guide you through the technical setup of your account.

On that call, our team will then help you schedule the training session, which covers the most important features of the system. These calls will assist you in getting set up and learning how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
